The Sunlight Foundation is a Washington-based watchdog that was created to stimulate citizens, bloggers and journalists to investigate what goes on in the US Congress. It’s goal is to create an environment where the daily examination of the actions and decisions of members of Congress becomes a norm. To achieve this, the Sunlight Foundation has created a number of interactive projects which are described in this interview with Ellen Miller the executive director of the Foundation.
