Cook & Hopkins Social Media Report - 3rd edition

Coverlee We've updated it (read more details on Lee's site). Basically, we've revised it to give it a much stronger focus on social media in the enterprise and to generally bring it up to date in this fast moving world. If your organisation is in the process of thinking about social media and how you should dip a toe before someone pushes you in then this is the document you should read and distribute to your colleagues. Why not? After all, its FREE! (1.7mb).
