Rudd burns through his staff

Union, ministers warn of backlash - National - smh.com.au.

It is believed that Mr Rudd has churned through half his staff since winning government in November. He has lost six diary secretaries in as many months.

In Opposition, he had the highest turnover rate of staff.

Those sort of turnover rates are considered evidence of a a seriously dysfunctional organisation and management in the private sector.
