Bio
In May 1996, I joined Jackson Wells Communications (later Jackson Wells Morris) as a principal consultant (later becoming a partner). I left the firm in November 2007, to become a part-time independent consultant while I completed a doctorate in politics (awarded in October 2012) at the University of Sydney. I now have an association with Wells Haslem.
I started blogging in 2003 (on the blogger platform, moving to my current typepad location in February 2004).
In November 2004, I participated in Dave Winer's Bloggercon event at Stanford University (see photo). In 2005, I initiated, and helped co-ordinate, Global PR Blog Week 2.0.
Partly because of its longevity, this continues to be one of the better known PR blogs.
