My second piece for ABC Unleashed has been posted

Unleashed: Rudd’s counter-revolution against regulation.

The idea that a Labor PM will launch an anti-regulation crusade is more than a little novel. Addressing business observers at this year’s National ALP Conference, Rudd made light of this by saying that if Nixon could go to China than he can lead the assault on Australia’s growing mountain of stifling regulation.

Libs' website hacked Breaking News - National - news.com.au THE Liberal Party website may have been hacked to make Prime Minister John Howard appear to enjoy engaging in a lewd homosexual act. Under the heading, The Liberal Party of Australia, the website reads: John Howard Says "I like to s... d...!" (click on thumbnail). A spokesman for the Liberal Party's federal secretariat said that officials were investigating the matter. "It appears to be a hoax, but we're checking it out," the spokesman said. Beg yours?! And what's with the use of the word "lewd"?

What can happen when you push the PR pitch too far From an email by an angry Sydney editor to PR person (not JWM!): "Your behaviour towards me at Hugo's on Saturday night was disgusting.
